Great focus on Indian markets and the multilingual piece. One thing that would really help teams like ours: an option to export raw conversation transcripts alongside the AI summaries. Sometimes we need to quote specific consumer phrases verbatim in our product reviews or ad copy, and the summaries alone strip away the most authentic language.
The Hindi and Tamil response quality was honestly better than I expected, the summaries pulled out the actual product feedback instead of generic praise. Recruiting Indian respondents in one flow is a real time saver for our team.
