Hi everyone,
Abhijeet here, co-founder at UserTest Pro. After working in the user research space and speaking with Indian D2C brands and product teams I kept seeing the same problem. Talking to real Indian customers was slow, agency driven and mostly in English language only, so teams skipped research or trusted gut feel. India is a diverse country with almost 22 official languages spoken.
We built UserTest Pro to make deep qualitative research feel as easy as sending a WhatsApp message. An AI moderator runs structured conversations with Indian consumers across cities and languages, asks probing follow up questions, and turns the raw talk into tagged insights that product and growth teams can act on in the same week.
Our first focus is Indian D2C and consumer product teams that want to test messaging, features and experiences before they go live. If you work in one of these teams I would love your feedback on the flow, the quality of insights and the use cases where this can save you time or money.
Please try the demo, leave a comment with one problem you would like us to solve better, and tell us what would make UserTest Pro a must have for your team.

AI-moderated research feels like it could dramatically increase customer conversations. What's something your platform consistently uncovers that traditional surveys tend to miss?

The Hindi and Tamil response quality was honestly better than I expected, the summaries pulled out the actual product feedback instead of generic praise. Recruiting Indian respondents in one flow is a real time saver for our team.

Tried it for a quick survey and honestly the multilingual part is solid, like respondents actually switched between Hindi and Tamil mid-conversation without breaking anything. The summary it generated was way more useful than I expected, basically ready to drop into a roadmap doc.

The local language support sounds great for reaching diverse Indian consumers. One thing that would really help our team is a quick segmentation view that auto-clusters respondents by sentiment or recurring themes, so we can jump straight to the most actionable insights instead of reading every summary.

really love how you nailed the multilingual recruitment piece, running studies in actual local languages instead of just translating a script makes such a difference for genuine consumer responses from india
