Open a tab, pick a companion, and talk about your plans, your knots, or nothing much at all. No account, no email, nothing stored or trained on. Close the tab and the conversation is gone. Plus a few small games for when you'd rather not type. Free.
Hey Product Hunt,
I made this because I wanted somewhere to think out loud that didn't require an account and didn't keep a copy of what I said.
Unusual Discussion is one page. You pick one of four companions, each with a different way of talking, and you go. Your plans for the year, the thing you can't untangle, or genuinely nothing important. When typing feels like too much there are three small things to click, one of which is a Good Things Cannon.
No signup, no email, no name. Nothing is stored, logged, or used for training. The conversation lives in your browser tab and vanishes when you close it.
To be clear about what it is not: it's not therapy, counselling, or advice, and it doesn't pretend otherwise. It points to real helplines instead of trying to be one.
It's free. There's a tip jar if you feel like it, and no plan to put a wall in front of anything.
Two things I'd love to hear from you: whether the four companions feel genuinely different, and whether "nothing is stored" reads to you as valuable or as a missing feature. Ask me anything.
