Hey Product Hunt π
I built Untangle because of a problem I actually have β I use one
Gmail account for everything. Business stuff, testing random tools,
signing up for spammy sites just to try something out, all of it,
one inbox. Over the years I genuinely lost track of how many places
I've signed up with that email. And since I also use it for some
official/important stuff, I wanted to actually clean it up instead
of just living with the mess.
So Untangle does two things:
Scans your Gmail export and lists every service that's ever
emailed you, grouped and sorted
Gives you a one-click unsubscribe link for each one, so cleaning
up doesn't mean hunting down links one by one
A few things I was deliberate about:
No live Gmail connection required β you export your own data via
Google Takeout, and it's processed entirely in your browser. I
never see or store your raw email content.
First 10 results are free, so you can see if it's actually useful
before paying anything
One-time fee, not a subscription β you're probably doing this
cleanup once, not every month
Would genuinely love your feedback β especially if you try it on a
messy, years-old inbox and it surprises you with what it finds.

Would love to see a "last used" estimate for each service so I can quickly tell which subscriptions are actually worth keeping. A simple heuristic like checking the most recent email date would save me a lot of time sorting through dozens of old signups.

@maddoxmara65205Β Great callout β we already capture the most recent email date per sender under the hood, just haven't surfaced it in the table yet. Adding a "Last active" column is a quick win from data we already have. Shipping it soon

Love the one click unsubscribe idea, that alone is worth it. One thing though, could you let me whitelist certain senders like receipts from Amazon or shipping updates so they don't show up as stuff to deal with. Would make the cleanup feel less like a chore.
