How does it actually pair everyone's phones together without any kind of central hub, and is there a cap on how many people can be in the same group chat?

@emelraz3770 currently for close proximity, it's 8. And it's just an audio-mixing limitation.
It doesn't need a central hub because it relies on clever peer to peer networking.
Used it on a flight last weekend and it actually held up, even with three of us tucked into a noisy cabin. The P2P setup feels almost magical for something that needs zero signal.
