Undertone is a macOS app that listens along to your calls. When a code name, acronym or internal project comes up, a small panel beside the call explains it from your team's own Slack, Notion and Jira. When someone asks you a question, it brings up the facts you need. Afterwards you get the recap, your tasks and a follow-up draft. Calls are transcribed on your Mac and no bot joins the meeting.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Slaven, and I built Undertone.
Every company has its own language: project code names, acronyms, internal tools and half-explained decisions. New joiners, people working in a second language and anyone switching teams spend calls quietly guessing. I was one of them.
Undertone runs on your Mac and transcribes the call on-device, with no bot in the meeting. When a term comes up that you probably don't know, a small panel explains it from your team's own Slack, Notion and Jira, with a link to where the answer came from. When someone asks you something, it shows the context so you can answer in your own words. Afterwards you get the recap, your tasks and a follow-up draft.
It works with Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, Slack huddles and FaceTime, and with the AI you already have (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or a local model), or free credits to start. A made-up sample meeting plays through the real panel before your first call, so you can see it working in a minute.
I'd love your feedback on two things: which terms or moments it missed in your calls, and what you'd want in the recap.
