UIGiants

Hello everybody, As you could notice (or would notice soon) uigiants.com went down. The situation is very sad - we'll try to describe it in short. Our third cofounder - Dmitry Matveev turned to be an absolutely inadequate person. In 3 months after launch he announced that he didn't want to invest in UIGiants any more (according to our agreement we invested equally - 33% each of us) and he demanded to give his invested money back. As a next step he canceled all our accesses to the project: GitLab, AWS services etc. (since he was a CTO he had admin's/owner's rights and, well, we trusted him). After that he began to blackmail us and extort money ($20000) in return for giving access back to UIGiants. All our requests to give access to the project back and let us continue working on UIGiants were ignored. Eventually as we suppose he just stopped paying for the AWS services and let the website go down. At this moment we feel absolutely ruined. We invested a lot of money in this startup and almost two years of hard work, emotions, enthusiasm and all the best skills that we have. Certainly we are going to sue him. But unfortunately the chances that UIGiants will be live again are very low and at this moment fully depend on one sick person's mood. We are very sorry for this situation. We even had no chance to inform our users in advance by email or in any other way. Mr. Matveev apparently just doesn't care about such "minor" things. We think that everybody should know this person and have a chance to say "thank you" to this "hero".
