What inspired this: every DTC brand I spoke to had the same bottleneck ad creative, not budget and Hiring UGC creators, booking shoots, waiting weeks for turnaround, while the ad account sat starving for fresh variants to test.
The problem: performance marketers needed a way to produce ad-ready video at the speed their ad accounts actually run at daily, not monthly.
How the approach evolved: we started with a simple idea turn a product URL into a video. Once brands started using it, the real ask turned out to be broader: some wanted AI avatars, some wanted their own face and voice (AI Twin), some wanted to clone the structure of a viral ad that was already working for a competitor (Ad Clone). So ugcad.ai became a full creative suite instead of a single-feature tool URL, prompt, or template to video, 300+ avatars, 75+ languages, and direct publishing to Meta and TikTok.
We've generated 50,000+ videos for 2,500+ brands so far. There's a free plan if you want to try it on your own product and no card required.

Thanks for sharing the details, Neeraj. The Ad Clone feature is a smart approach, letting brands map out a proven ad structure instead of starting from a blank template.
I'm curious how Ad Clone handles pacing when the source ad has fast cuts but the product footage you're feeding in is slower paced. Does it auto match the cut timing or is that left for manual editing afterward?
A concrete case where this would help is a DTC skincare brand launching three SKUs in one week and needing several ad variants per SKU to feed the ad account for testing, without booking a shoot for each one.
Nice to see the free plan lets people test this on their own product before committing to anything.

Finally tried ugcad.ai yesterday and was surprised how quickly the Ad Clone feature recreated a viral structure for my skincare product, saved me hours of editing.

Would love a built-in A/B testing feature so I can spin up multiple variations of the same ad and see which hooks land best before pushing budget. Right now I have to do that manually across ads manager which slows the workflow down a lot.
