Hi, I'm George. I built twocal after a sync tool silently lost one of my events, which almost cost me a client. It just disappeared from my calendar without a warning or a trace. And all their support could say: the provider dropped it.
So twocal does one thing. It keeps your calendars in sync across Google, Microsoft and iCloud, and it works hard to never fail quietly.
Three things are different:
True two-way sync, in Mirror mode. Most "two-way" sync tools treat the copies as read-only: edit a copy and the original never changes. In twocal you edit or delete on either calendar and the other one reflects that. If you'd rather keep the copies read-only, Projection mode does that—it's your choice.
Rules. You decide what crosses over, event by event. Client meetings can arrive labeled with the details dropped. Skip what shouldn't cross at all. Or add a participant, which helps when your work calendar is locked down and the only thing it accepts is an invitation.
A public reliability page. Every sync tool says it's reliable. We publish the numbers so you can see for yourself.
What it doesn't do: no scheduling links, no AI, no mobile app. Think Ramen Shop, not Cheesecake Factory.
Founding price is $9/month or $90/year for the first 50 customers, locked in. 14-day trial, no card.
What I'd love from you: try it on your messiest calendar setup and tell me where the first five minutes confused you. That's where I most need honest eyes.
