We built Twizzlo after watching too many service businesses get hit with unpredictable software bills. It starts simple, then you add a location, more staff, CRM, reporting, SMS, and suddenly the monthly cost jumps or key features are locked behind a higher tier.
We wanted to solve one problem: give appointment based businesses one clean system that scales with them, without pricing traps.
At first, we focused on making booking and scheduling feel modern and effortless. As we kept building, the same feedback came up again and again: owners hate switching tools, and they hate unpredictable add ons. So Twizzlo evolved into one dashboard for bookings, clients, staff, locations, and insights, with one transparent plan.
