Tournament Caddie is a scoring and leaderboard app for golf tournaments — QR code score entry, live leaderboards, and flight management. No club membership needed.
Tournament Caddie is built for people organizing a golf tournament without a club membership behind them — company outings, friend group trips, charity events, and one-off society days.
Players scan a personal QR code and enter their scores right in the browser, no app installation required. As in real golf, a fellow player acts as marker and counts alongside you — assigned automatically within a flight, or via a 6-digit pairing code outside one. After the round, both entries are reconciled and independently confirmed; any mismatch is automatically escalated to the tournament director.
The app works offline: scores are stored locally when there's no signal on the course and sync automatically once connection returns.
Core features:
QR code score entry, no app install
Mutual marker/counting confirmation, like real golf
Automatic Stableford scoring (net/gross)
Live leaderboard, updated hole by hole
Flight management with automatic or manual pairing and push notifications
Reusable course library (set up a course once, reuse it for every event)
Offline mode with automatic sync
Multi-language (German/English per event)
Pricing is pay-per-slot, not a subscription — no minimum commitment, no club membership required.
Tournament Caddie is not club-management software (no member billing, no tee-sheet booking) — it's built specifically for organizing and scoring a golf event as a group, outside the traditional club infrastructure.
