Our solution was to build a multi-faceted platform: AI-Powered Summaries: We use Google's Gemini models via Genkit to analyze reviews and generate neutral summaries, highlighting common positive and negative themes so you can get the gist in seconds. Video Reviews: This is our standout feature. We believe video is the most authentic way to share an experience. You can attach a YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook link to your review to show, not just tell, what you thought. Community Q&A Hub: Sometimes you have a specific question that reviews don't answer, like "Do they have gluten-free options?" or "Is the patio dog-friendly?". Our Q&A feature lets you ask the community directly. Dual-Review System: We display our own verified user reviews alongside recent reviews from Google, giving you the most comprehensive view possible. The process evolved from just a simple review site to a full-fledged community hub. We realized that trust is built through conversation, which is why we added the Q&A and business claim features, allowing owners to engage directly with their customers.
