Tribe runs Friday prompts, celebrations, kudos, coffee chats, and new-hire introductions inside Google Chat and Slack. Pick the rituals, channel, schedule, and timezone; Tribe keeps them going without another employee portal.

The choice to let admins pick the channel and timezone per ritual instead of forcing a global setting is a really thoughtful touch. Feels like it was built by someone who has actually wrestled with these tools in a real workplace.
@yeimfb1a Thanks we have worked in remote teams across multiple regions and understand what it means. Trying to bridge the gap of making all teams feel more connected.
one thing i'd love is a way to see participation trends over time, like which rituals actually get people engaging versus just going through the motions. a simple dashboard with weekly or monthly stats on kudos given, prompts answered, coffee chats accepted would help us figure out what's worth keeping.
@kutbay_yag17555 Thanks for feedback. Would love to know you other thoughts as well on a short call maybe how your team is using it and how we can improve.
The Friday prompts actually feel thoughtful, not generic, and I love that I didn't have to set up another login or portal for my team to participate. Already seeing more cross-team chats in our Slack.
@erdalkoalaecjc Thanks Erdal, we do put in though in Friday prompts to see what would we want and have some params for these as well. Would love to setup a short call to see how Tribe can help your team.
