Hi everyone, launching Tracygram on July 8. It is a free Instagram toolkit: anonymous profile and story viewer, HD downloaders, an engagement calculator and AI caption tools, all with no login. Happy to answer anything before launch day, and honest feedback is welcome.
how does it actually pull stories and reels if there's no login on my end, is there some kind of rate limit before things stop loading?
@vedat2091990 Good question. Nothing runs from your device or your account, so you never log in and never touch Instagram directly. Tracygram fetches only public content through its own servers, and it caches what it pulls, so most of the time you are seeing a fast cached copy instead of a fresh request. For normal browsing there is no limit you will hit. There are sensible internal limits just to keep things stable under load, but a regular person viewing or downloading will never notice them. Private accounts stay private, since a public tool can only ever reach public content.
Pulled up a friend's stories and the HD download actually kept the quality, which surprised me. No login or app install was a nice touch for something I just wanted to check once.
@glseren330453 Thanks Gülseren, that is exactly what I hoped people would feel: pull up what you need, keep the real quality, and get out without signing in or installing anything. The no login, no trace part is the whole point. Really appreciate you trying it.
does the HD download actually grab the original resolution from instagram or is it just whatever size the public view serves up
@ramazanszglroz Good question. Instagram never exposes the true original file, it re-encodes everything on upload, so no tool can honestly claim the camera original. What Tracygram grabs is the highest rendition Instagram itself serves publicly, usually 1080p for reels and videos and full size for photos and carousels. We do not re-compress or watermark anything on our side, so what you save is byte for byte the best copy that exists publicly, not a screen capture or a downscaled preview.

Works exactly as described, downloaded a reel in seconds without signing in. Pretty handy for saving stuff without leaving a footprint.
@arife5dng Thanks Arife, that is exactly the experience I was going for: fast, no sign in, no trace. If you end up back often, you can pin your favorite accounts so their new stories are one tap away. Really appreciate you trying it and sharing.
