We built Trackpilot to solve a frustrating everyday problem in delivery and logistics: "Where’s my order?" Most small businesses, dispatch riders, and local couriers don’t have access to enterprise-level delivery tracking. And customers are left guessing. So we built Trackpilot - a real-time delivery tracking web app that works with just a link. No logins, no mobile apps, no friction. Think: “Uber-style tracking for anything you send.” It was developed in under 2 hours as an experiment in rapid product delivery and MVP mindset — using Supabase for real-time updates and geolocation for live map tracking.
