Working on this with some people, basically if you feel tired, or sleepy or need mental boost, it may be because you are lacking minerals/nutrients. The solution? Build a health stack and see what others think about it or better yet find a stack (vitamins/supplements can work better when taken together, when combined it is referred to as stacking) for your fitness/health goals. Consult a doctor and or have blood work done as well for peace of mind, but you can see what hundreds of others are doing to improve their lives and why they are taking it/how it helps and works.
