Seems like a solid option if you're looking to get properly trained and certified for work in the Philippines. The certification process was straightforward and the staff knew exactly what documents were needed without me having to ask twice.
It would be really helpful to add a candidate progress tracker so trainees and partner agencies can see real-time updates on certification stages, requirements completed, and expected timelines. Transparency like that would set TOTC apart from other training providers and build more trust with both clients and applicants.
A live chat on the site would make a real difference. When I was browsing I had questions about which certifications you offer and how long training usually takes, and I had to dig through pages or send an email. A simple chat widget with someone who can answer in real time would probably convert more curious visitors into actual applicants.
