Thanks for the post @kwdinc
Hi, fellow hunters!
We created Topvisor as a complete SEO platform to help webmasters, marketers, and SEO experts keep their projects close at hand and run SEO tasks on auto-pilot.
We do SEO ourselves and we know it takes time and lots of efforts. We wanted to take that burden off webmaster's shoulders as best we can. We built the web-based tools and mobile apps based on three pillars: it must have been quick, reliable, and affordable.
Here are just some of our features: The Rank Tracker Tool, The Keyword Research Tool, The Website Auditor Tool, The Website Watcher Tool, The Keyword Clustering Tool, The Index Checker Tool, The Search Volume Tracker.
The tool is still continuously developing. In the coming months, we're planning to add a PPC Tool, Reporting Tools, and Social Tools.
And today we offer you a bonus credit!
Please, share your feedback and you ideas. It will help make the product even better. Thank you for trying Topvisor out =)

I like your product, I am not SEO-guy, but I'm understand what the point :)
Earlier I am worked on seo-tool like this, and I know, why it's very helpful!
But!
I spent 10 min to figure out where is my project and where I should add keywords.
It would be great if you add some onboarding or intro for your admin panel. I didn't get, what I should to do, after registration :(
ps: I love your tool!
@axclever Hi Alex, thanks for your feedback. We've added two Tutorials and we plan to add more. Here's a link: https://tpv.sr/1QoBHao/
Hope it will be helpful :)
Awesome, excited to sign up and check it out.
Quick note: Saw SSL so I updated my password, but I'm really turned down by seeing you send it over plaintext email.
@kevinyun Thanks for your feedback. Yes, we're working on registration process now. We'll make it less confusing no doubt. However, I can assure you your data is safe. We do not store your password in DB, we fetch and send directly to your email without saving or caching it anywhere, and you can change it right after the first signup. But again, sure, we'll improve it :)
Seems like a cool service. Pretty similar to other competing service, however, the navigation and icon-only design makes the service really frustrating to use.
Some honest feedback:
- My biggest concern is the icon-only interface. It makes it extremely difficult to use the service. I don't know what I'm clicking on, and the icon designs aren't the most intuitive. I feel like I'm just blindly clicking on buttons. The whole site is like this, and IMO, it makes the site unusable.
- The sign up process is painful. You sign up with an email only (no password), then confirm your email, then you have to go back to your email to get a temporary password, then you have to go to your account settings to change the temp password. (Not sure if I missed something?) Then, it emails you your password in plaintext.
- After adding a URL, the page did nothing. Apparently, it worked though, which I discovered when I reloaded the page.
- As a new user, there's way too much "guessing" about how things works. Nothing is explained to you, and the icon-only design makes you feel like you're just blindly clicking around.
- I think you guys could really work on the new user process, and how pages look to a new user. Several pages you visit are just blank, and you have to guess on what to do. Example (It'd be helpful if the page had a big message like "Here's what this page does... Ready to start? [Generate a report]"
- On top of that, after adding keywords, it doesn't automatically fetch the position of the keyword, which isn't the best first impression for a new user -- people want to start seeing data right away. I know you won't have much data to show them other than keyword's current position, but even that would be helpful.
@danlev thank you for sharing your opinion!
Actually, when we just started thinking on the UI, we already knew, we’d make not a single tool but a platform with a bunch of tools. We couldn’t say for sure how many tools we'd make, but not less than 10. As many others when designing the tools we used Photoshop with its 'icon-only’ interface and numerous tools . So basically, we didn’t see (and we still believe in it) any trouble in learning the UI through user manuals or tooltips.
After all, our product is less complicated than Photoshop (at least now :slightly_smiling_face:) Our experience tells us it won’t take long to learn the buttons and you’ll start enjoying pure, clean and clear interface.
As for the registration process, yes, we do aware there’s a space for improvement. No doubt, we’ll make it clearer and less confusing ASAP. Working on it. Thank you for pointing us at it.
Also, now we instantly run the Tutorials for those users who sign up for an account at the tool landing pages. We’re thinking of adding the Tutorials to the Home page as well upon signup. I believe this can save our users from lots of headaches and make the first contact less confusing. However, the Tutorials are still available on the Account page. Here’s the link: https://tpv.sr/1QoBHbD/
The last note was about the absence of instant keyword tracking. Actually, that’s how we planned it from the very beginning. Some of our users add keywords to use the tools other than the Rank Tracker Tool: the Keyword Clustering Tool, for example. Or there are the other users who run the Keyword Research Tool. They analyze, sort and segment their keywords, sometimes in the process of the research, they delete part of the keywords. All in all, keyword research takes time, sometimes a lot of time. We want to be as loyal to our customers as possible. That’s why we offer them to select when, how and what they want to track. We simply do not want them to pay more than they need to.
Thanks again for your precious feedback, we'll consider it:) If you have any other notes, feel free to share them with us.
