The idea started from a simple frustration of mine: I kept seeing the same thing happen again and again — people spending too much time recreating spreadsheets, dashboards, documents and prompts from scratch, even though many of these tools could already exist and be ready to use.

AI can create incredible things, but for everyday professional tasks, you still often need to explain what you want, refine the result, fix it and start over.

So I decided to build a library where the useful result is already there.

One thing that's especially important to me is making Toolap practical rather than just another collection of prompts.

The tools are designed to be downloaded and actually used for real work.

And for many tools, the prompt is included too, so you can adapt or customize the tool with AI instead of starting from scratch.

There's a free plan so anyone can explore the platform, and Toolap is currently available in English, French and German.
