TodoAway is a simple, ADHD-friendly to-do list app. Type tasks naturally and AI fills in dates, reminders & repeats. Sort into Today, This Week & Later, share lists, and sync Google Calendar.

Hey Product Hunt! Rustam here, founder and maker of TodoAway.
Most to-do apps end up becoming another source of noise, endless lists, overdue badges, complicated systems, and the constant low-level anxiety of “I should be doing more.” I kept noticing that the tools meant to free my mind were actually filling it with more tasks, more friction, and more setup.
I call this the productivity paradox: the more systems we build to stay organized, the heavier our mental load becomes.
The problem I wanted to solve was simple: how do you get the benefits of a to-do list (clarity, capture, focus) without the mental overhead? I wanted something quieter, an app that clears thoughts instead of amplifying them, sorts the details in the background, and gently points you toward what actually matters today.
What is TodoAway?
A simple to-do list designed to reduce mental load, not increase it. TodoAway focuses on:
Smart Add - capture thoughts quickly and let the app handle the sorting
Focus Mode - zoom in on the one thing that matters right now
A calm, zero-friction experience with no setup spiral
Helping you hold fewer things in your head so you can actually live
Why launch on Product Hunt now?
After refining the core experience and making it free for everyone, I wanted to share TodoAway with a community that values thoughtful products. This feels like the right place to get real feedback from people who care about how tools affect their daily mental state.
Who is TodoAway for?
People who feel overwhelmed by complex productivity systems
Anyone who wants clarity without the guilt of unfinished lists
Individuals looking for a quieter way to stay on top of what matters
Those who believe their head should be free for living, not holding tasks
I’d love your feedback.
I’m especially curious to hear how you currently manage mental load, and whether a quieter approach resonates with you. I’ll be in the comments all day, ask me anything!
