It combines probabilistic record linkage with transformer‑based language models to deliver more accurate, scalable, and transparent integration of heterogeneous datasets. Traditional linkage methods often break down when faced with noisy, incomplete, or unstructured data. TMLink overcomes these challenges by generating contextual embeddings that capture semantic relationships between records — improving similarity scoring and reducing false matches.
Built with Streamlit for an intuitive interface and FastAPI for high‑performance backend processing, TMLink enables seamless dataset upload, preprocessing, linkage operations, entity search, and explainable results. Benchmark evaluations on RL500, RL10000 and Febrl datasets show that transformer‑enhanced linkage significantly boosts matching accuracy while maintaining practical runtimes across diverse data sizes.
