The idea is great. But it has very basic usability errors, which are very annoying for serious use. These are basic errors, easily resolved, and I am surprised that they are still present. Do people at the company not use the tool? The video library is a mess! After using it for a while, it is very difficult to find a particular meeting. It lacks functions as basic as sorting videos by date and name. TLDV does not register the name of the Google Meet meeting, something very basic, but which would help with organization. The search engine is horrible!! It brings results that do not contain the searched keyword, and does not show a video that does. The search results are displayed in a bad way, without relevant information about each meet. What's missing: showing the meet participants, a summary (which has already been produced by the AI, so just show it!), and improving the tumbnails (which are currently random, bad and not editable... there should be several tumbnails by video, as you see on YouTube, making it easier to visually recognize what the meeting is). The transcripts contain many errors... and there is no option to correct them. Competitive tools allow this, and even learn based on common expressions in your organization, such as first names, brand names and company names, which is where AI most often gives wrong results in transcription. I see huge potential in the tool, but if these basic things don't get fixed quickly, I won't be able to use it in my company anymore. I will have to migrate to another tool. I really enjoyed it until I paid for a pro plan and the entire transcript cannot be exported or downloaded despite the feature list said it has "unlimited transcript download." I immediately reach out to customer service asking for help and ask for a refund if this feature is not possible. Customer service said no refund even when product promise cannot be delivered :( I also find that its transcription accuracy is not as reliable as other similar apps. I did enjoy tl;dv a lot when I used it, until I can't download my 1 hr long meeting transcript. It won't even allow me to select all then copy and paste the entire transcript into a word file. It only allows you to copy one paragraph.

At the time, many of us were on summer holidays, and we´ve since then reworked our support schedule to serve our customers better and faster. I am very disappointed with the service and the solution. the AI note taker has attached itself to my meetings, without invitation and it is impossible to decouple it. I have tried several channels to contact tl:dv, but have received no response. And now the AI is emailing me and requesting an upgrade payment. It even turns up to meetings late. The international clients I work with are telling me its a perfect advert to not use tl:dv in their organisations. I am most frustrated.

Maybe tldv is good given the short time it's been around, but at this point, it's maybe an Alpha release. So much that doesn't work or is buggy UI. Few languages are supported (12, even though they claim 20+) and when you click on "request language" you get to an expired typeform... Yes, this is how things are at the beginning, but my point is: don't get your expectations too high before the app actually does what it promises.

I have been using it for almost a year. It does the job, but it lacks native integrations to transfer data to CRMs or storage drives. I don't want to pay extra for Zapier. It also lacks bulk export features.

Extremely handy for recapping meetings in a quick, concise manner. Paid subscriber. Especially enjoy the transcription feature and the fact I can send my TLDV bot to meetings without me having to attend.

An absolute scam. Product experience started degrading after paying for the subscription. I got locked out from all my videos because I lack admin rights. I am the admin myself. Plus the customer service support is almost non existent; I feel I am working for them instead of them working for me to solve the issues.

Loved the product. Automatically syncs with your meetings and video recording + transcripts + automatically organized the notes and you can chat with it is what makes it unique to the timestamp or when you spoke about something and you want to know more context of it, there it is.
