Working for TipHive on the development team, we used it to track feature requests, prepare onboarding documentation for new developers, created cards with various technologies we think about using, and much more.

With the new planning features, we can assign cards to specific people and track when things are done. Great addition.

Awesome platform, beautiful design. My favorite feature from exploring the app so far has got to be having all of those different views in one app. Seems like a great organization/planning app for any project/task.

My perspective is from academia, but I see how TipHive is useful in any work setting. TipHive gives our research team a central location to share information and collaborate effectively. I find the integrations with DropBox and Google Drive especially useful because within academia, everyone seems to have their own methods to store documents. These integrations make it even easier to share within our interdisciplinary team. The Chrome Extension is also helpful in capturing information from resources online, such as potential grants or research opportunities, that I can easily find at a later date. TipHive increases the collaborative maturity of our team.

In summary, TipHive is a tool that encourages collaboration, reduces the time spent looking for information, and works seamlessly within the workflow of the research process. By reducing the time spent searching for information or waiting for feedback from other researchers, our team can quicken the dissemination of life-changing research.

Cons:

I can't think of any cons. I've enjoyed using TipHive and the product has changed for the better since I first started using it.

TipHive offers me practically everything I need to be productive - rich documentation features for product ideas, task lists and multiple views for better project management - and it's all lightning fast.

I love how TipHive lets you organize tasks in almost any format you can imagine. I've never found a task management platform that is so customizable while also being so simple. TipHive is a great tool for both team collaboration and individual task management.

At a company like ours with different lines of business and different teams to service them accordingly, it helps to have a place where we can keep each team informed of the latest industry trends & market needs - and how they can impact our businesses. TipHive is perfect for this with its organization features and easy-to-use search functions. The TipHive team is also genuinely interested in helping customers and partners get the most out of the product, which is unique (and appreciated) at a time when many technology companies push users to figure it all out themselves.
