Break apps are easy to ignore - another notification, another dismiss. TinyTimeouts works where your day actually lives: your calendar. It finds the gaps between meetings and books real breaks - "10+ lunges", "Walk 10+ mins", "5 min guided breathing" - right in Google Calendar or Outlook. Pick the activities you like or add your own, set your work hours, show breaks as busy so meetings can't steal them, and tune how often they come. Works on Chrome & Edge.

finally something that pings me in google calendar where i actually look. set it for pushups between calls and it blocked the time like a real meeting so nobody could steal it
@matt_saroyan thank you for giving it a try! Feel free to share any feedback / suggestions.
honestly love that it shows breaks as busy so coworkers can't just hijack that slot with a "quick sync". such a small detail but it's basically the whole reason a tool like this would even work for me.
The choice to mark breaks as busy so meetings can't overlap them is such a smart move - turns the calendar from a passive planner into an actual enforcer of rest.
@kaanetkinjwgt Thanks for your note. Yes, exactly. It should help to proactively 'protect' your calendar.
The idea of marking breaks as busy so they actually stay protected is such a smart move, exactly the kind of detail that makes this feel like it was built by people who actually live in their calendar.
@barnett_mill thank you; that's the exact idea behind TinyTimeouts. Feel free to give it a try; would love to hear any feedback.
