TinyDo

One task today

1 follower

Focus on one important task today. You decide what to focus on. After you set today's task you can't change or delete it. Keep a streak of days you finished your daily task.

What do you think? …

Benoit Chambon
Personally, I need to focus on several task per day. If I do just one, my focus decrease with time, so I need to optimize my concentration-time by doing multiple tasks (one by one). But your product looks very nice, and I'm sure it will be very useful. Keep going guys :D

@benoit_chambon Hi! Thanks for your feedback. We had plans to create a similar app with more daily tasks, what do you think about it?
Benoit Chambon
@besttweetsfirst definitely a good idea ;)

Love the simplicity, in the complexity of work we sometimes lose focus of what's important. Will definitely try out soon, congrats on the launch!

@keremakaynak Hi, thank you! Hope you'll like our app 🙂

Love the simplicity of this too. I tend to use todoist but I it ends up as an endless, unprioritised list + tasks disappear once you tick them off so you lose the satisfaction of "completing" something. I really like the focus on the most important task with TinyDo and the running streak to really feel a sense of accomplishment 🙌🙌

@penny_watson00 Hi! Thanks for your feedback. Hope you'll enjoy using TinyDo 🙂

Concept is sound but you don't need an app just for this. Either use your existing To-Do / List solution and put the one thing you need to get done at the top. Or, just use a sticky note and write one To-Do every day that if you get that one thing done and nothing else, the day would be a success. When the day is done, recycle the sticky note and write a fresh one tomorrow morning.
Igor Dyachuk
@joshuapinter Hi! Thanks for your feedback! Before developing TinyDo we both tried using sticky notes and existing to-do apps. The problems I've personally encountered are that it can be hard to write down no more than one task, also you may want to change the task you have written throughout the day. TinyDo won't let you change or delete your task, it won't let you add more then one task or move your today's task to tomorrow. This brings some kind of commitment to the process which I really like.

@besttweetsfirst For sure! Different things work for different people so it's nice to have options out there. Plus, it's always nice to scratch your own itch. Good job getting this out there for yourself and others!

Hi! We are happy to share our new product TinyDo. TinyDo aims to help you focus on things that are most important for you. Find focus in age of infinite backlogs and to-do lists.

Amazing app! Congratulations! A technical curiosity: Was it easy Apple Store accept your app? I have faced problems with minimalist applications: "App rejected on 4.2 Design: Minimum Functionality".
