I built Tiny Desk AI Clips to make the one-photo-to-solo-video workflow easier to try. The sample uses a fictional adult portrait and a real two-step pipeline: edit the performance first frame, then transfer the reference motion. The current output is about 15 seconds in 720p landscape with fixed reference audio. It is not voice cloning or multi-person casting.
