TimePunch: Simple time tracking for small businesses – no per-user fees

After 20+ years in operations and management, I saw a real need for transparency between leadership and operations. The stats back it up: - Only 21% of employees globally feel engaged at work (Gallup 2025) - Just 31% of U.S. employees are engaged – a 10-year low - Low engagement costs the global economy $8.9 trillion annually - Only 46% of employees feel clear about what's expected of them I built TimePunch with three goals: ✓ Transparency – leadership and operations see the same data ✓ Employee awareness – workers can view their own hours anytime ✓ Simplicity – gather relevant data with minimal effort I realized most systems are built for one side or the other, or lean more heavily towards one than the other. Leadership wants data and oversight. Employees want to know where they stand. Instead of choosing, I built one system that serves both equally – because when everyone has the same information, trust follows.
