Time for Reality is an app/"game" where the main objective is to not use your phone for that time the game is still ongoing. You can play a game either individually or with groups of people (e.g. friends, family, colleagues). Set penalities for one another as everyone pledges to not use their phone when doing a particular activity (e.g. eating).
