Allocate your time across commitments, track hours with a built-in time tracker, and share your live availability page so others can see how many weekly/monthly hours are available available to allocate for new projects/clients.

How does this handle overlapping commitments or recurring tasks, like if I have a weekly client call but want to block out prep time separately?
Hey! @can4ojyย Thanks for checking it out!
Because TIME isn't a traditional calendar app, it doesn't care exactly what hour of the day you do the work, it only cares about your total bandwidth. It will automatically subtract your commitments from your total weekly/monthly capacity so you never overbook yourself.
To handle your workflow, you actually have two options:
Split them up: You can create two separate items (e.g., "Client Call" for 1 hr/week, and "Prep Work" for 2 hrs/week).
Use Session Logs: You can create a single item called "Client X" for 3 hrs/week. Every time you start and stop your live timer, our Session History feature lets you write a quick log for that specific block of time (e.g., logging 'Completed prep work' for one session, and 'Weekly Call' for the next).
When it comes to actual execution, our live timer has a strict anti-overlap rule, you can only ever have one timer running at a time.
You can check it out, its free, if you dont like it, you can also delete your account real quick
Curious how this handles overlapping commitments across time zones, especially when sharing that live availability page with clients in different regions. Does the tracker sync with calendars like Google or Outlook, or is it all manual entry?
@aylinyeennadiย Hello there, no it doesn't, it only shows how many hours you have commited across your tasks/clients weekly/monthly, it only track and shows your overall time bendwith.
The live availability page is a nice touch, way easier than back-and-forth emails to set expectations with new clients. Wish I'd had this when I was juggling freelance gigs last year.
Hey@sedanur7pxsย
That back-and-forth email dance of 'I have some capacity next month, but it depends on this other project' is exactly what drove me crazy and made me build this in the first place.
Juggling freelance gigs is stressful enough without having to constantly do mental math on your own availability. I really appreciate the kind words! Thank you so much! ๐
And the best part: you can also embed the public page directly into your own personal website if you want to maintain your brand value!
