Hey everyone! 👋
Anyone who runs TikTok influencer campaigns knows this one. You filter for personal profiles, and half the results are still shops, course sellers, and brand pages that just never switched to a Business Account on TikTok. So you manually open each profile, scroll through the videos, read the bio, and decide for yourself.
For a list of 100 candidates, that cleanup can eat half a day.
We built the AI Profile Classifier to do that for you, automatically. AI reads the same signals you would: bio, avatar, recent videos, captions, and whether a recognizable person actually appears in the content.
Then it labels the account as Person or Other based on what's really there, not on the profile type TikTok assigns.
That fixes both sides of the problem:
✔️ Business TikTok accounts running on personal profiles get filtered out.
✔️ Real TikTok creators who switched to a Business Account stay in your results, because the classifier judges them by their content.

@tania_zhydkova @sasha_buratynskyi i feel the same - this is an extremely useful feature. Sorting through hundreds of TikTok profiles that are not necessary individual creators (like sellers, communities, businesses, etc) was a pain, and now you've made it so much easier! Thanks

Congrats! I’ve seen teams spend hours cleaning creator lists because TikTok account types tell you almost nothing about who’s actually behind the content. Curious how the classifier handles creators with mixed content though, like personal accounts that occasionally post brand-heavy affiliate videos or shop promotions?
@alexkhlystova Great question. The classifier looks at the full content pattern across recent videos, so a personal creator who drops an occasional affiliate post still reads as personal. It only flips to brand/shop when that becomes the dominant pattern. Mixed-content creators are where the old filters break the hardest, so this was one of the first cases we tested for.
Half of influencer discovery is just filtering out junk manually. Glad someone automated it.

This is one of those painfully real problems every influencer marketer knows about. “Personal profile” filters on TikTok are basically a suggestion at this point. Using AI to classify accounts based on actual content instead of TikTok labels makes a lot more sense. Congrats on the launch!
@alina_tyslenok_ Thanks, Alina! Yeah, the TikTok labels became basically meaningless once everyone started monetizing. Looking at what's actually in the videos is the only thing that holds up.
