Tide It answers one question for anyone heading to the water: is it worth going, now, at my spot? One curve shows the tide, the forecast wind and, when a public station stands at the water's edge, the wind actually measured, beside the forecast and never blended into it. GO windows for kite, wing, windsurf and surf at your level, a 7-day animated wind map, 2,100+ spots in 82 countries, tides offline. iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch. No ads, no account.

Launch day update: version 6.2.9 is out. Your alerts now show up in your week and on the curve, right next to your GO windows; sailing gets settings for your own boat (gusts and wave height); and surf ratings stay honest in big swell. Fun timing too: today is the biggest tide of the autumn on the French Atlantic coast (coefficient 99), a good day to watch the curve. Thanks to everyone stopping by!
One thing the gallery doesn't really show: the 7-day wind map. The whole coast gets its forecast, drawn as light wind trails, and you scrub the week with your thumb to see which stretch will be the windiest on Saturday afternoon. It's the view I open first when I plan a trip away from my home spot.
Curious: before a session, what do you check first, a map of the whole coast or the curve of your own spot?
