I built THRYV after spending nearly 30 years working in health and wellbeing, where I saw the same problem over and over again. People were investing heavily in health initiatives, but were juggling multiple apps, platforms and services to improve their wellbeing, with little impact. The information was there, but it was fragmented, disconnected and difficult to turn into lasting habits. THRYV was created to change that. Rather than building another fitness or nutrition app, I wanted to create one intelligent platform that brings together nutrition, movement and recovery, with AI acting as a personal coach that adapts to each individual. The mission is simple: make it easier for people to build healthier habits and improve their wellbeing, one small step at a time.
