Tender Library was originally built over 10 years ago because no bid management software met our needs or price point. We didn’t need a proposal tool – just a way to quickly find, store and manage our content to support a consistent, efficient approach to public sector bids. It was built for our team, but we soon began licensing it to clients, including large corporates, charities and public sector bodies like the NHS. In 2016, we launched Tender Pipeline – free to use – giving access to tender alerts, frameworks and competitor insights. We kept it free to encourage best practice in bidding across the UK. What I’m most proud of is creating something practical, shaped by real bid delivery experience, that’s helped thousands of users. Today, we’ve brought it all together as one platform: modern bid management software combining Tender Library and Tender Pipeline - now powered by AI. It includes AI bid writing, search tools to find and reuse past responses, automated evaluation, and support for faster, more consistent public sector bidding.
