@liamthomson Thanks Liam. Six million wine drinkers in the UK fall into this category of wanting to understand more. The current highly educational option has the problem of requiring significant time investment in a short space of time (4x 8 hour days in one month, plus 25 hours of revision), which wouldn't work for most people. So *fingers crossed* there are enough people there who this is relevant for!
