The Nothing Machine: Dispensing absolutely nothing since 2026.

In a world obsessed with polished SaaS dashboards, optimized funnels, growth hacks, and algorithm-chasing, I wanted to build something that didn’t need a pitch deck. No roadmap. No feature list. No “problem statement.” Just something strange enough to exist on its own. The early internet wasn’t efficient. It wasn’t optimized. It was weird. It was personal. People built things because they could. A single page. A counter. A joke that took itself too seriously. There was room for absurdity. Room for digital art experiments that didn’t need to justify their CAC. Somewhere along the way, everything became leverage, positioning, scale. Even creativity became performance. So I built something useless on purpose. A machine that dispenses Nothing. Not as satire of commerce. Not as anti-capitalism. Just as a small rebellion against the idea that every digital creation must be monetized, optimized, and engineered for growth. You pay a dollar. You receive Nothing. Transaction complete. It feels oddly grounding. There’s something culturally interesting about that. We live in a time where attention is extracted, metrics are worshiped, and every idea is evaluated for “market size.” Creating something that exists purely because it’s fun, absurd, and technically possible feels almost radical. The internet used to feel like a playground. Now it feels like a factory. This was a reminder that it can still be a playground. No funnel. No newsletter capture. No master plan.
