It’s a free six-minute guided audio practice for when your mind will not leave you alone.
You can listen without an account and replay without limit. There is no answer or particular feeling you need to reach. An optional account adds a private journal. For something personal, you can request a Drop that I write and record myself. These commissions cost €49 after acceptance. Sharing selected journal pages is optional.
