Would love to see a side-by-side comparison view that shows the diagnostic results before and after changes are implemented, so you can actually measure which recommendations moved the needle and which ones flopped over time.
@nazls86733 Thanks, I really like that suggestion. Measuring progress over time is definitely something I want to expand on. The current platform is designed to identify a business's specific growth opportunities and provide a prioritised action plan, but future versions will build on that by introducing industry-specific diagnostics and ongoing comparisons, making it much easier to measure progress and demonstrate the impact of recommendations over time. Love the focus on prioritised opportunities instead of generic reports. One thing that would make it even more useful for client calls: a quick "shareable snapshot" view that distils the top three findings into a clean, branded one-pager the agency can send right after a diagnostic. Would save loads of prep time.

The current workflow already generates a full AI diagnostic, identifies the business's specific growth gaps (rather than relying purely on scores), and prepares an action plan. At the same time, the platform sends the agency an email summarising the client's calibre, the recommended next steps, and the complete diagnostic with the action plan.
A branded one-page client snapshot is a great suggestion though. I can definitely see how that would make sharing the key findings immediately after a diagnostic even more efficient. Thanks for the idea.
Tried it on a niche ecom client and the breakdown of weak acquisition touchpoints felt sharper than what I'd usually catch manually. The prioritised recommendations saved me a good hour on proposal prep.
