Hey Product Hunt! 👋
We built Tezuka Planner because we were frustrated with bloated project management tools. We wanted something simple: real-time sync, role-based access, and zero complexity for small teams.
This is the beta version — we've been iterating based on early user feedback. The biggest improvement? Instant sync with just an Admin ID. No invites, no waiting.
We're launching on Windows first. Mobile and web coming soon.
We'd love your feedback. What would make this even better for your team?
Thanks for checking us out!

@ngocphuc_1910 Thank you so much for this, it really captures what we were aiming for.
The biggest design goal was exactly that balance: enough structure for real project work, but still light and friendly so teams don’t feel they need “training” just to get started. Hearing that this comes through means a lot.
If you end up trying it with your team, we’d love to hear what feels right and what still feels clunky so we can keep tuning that balance.
