Hi Product Hunt — I’m Julien Foliot, founder of TextJuice. We’re a four-person team based in Lille, France. We started with a simple product question: how straightforward can sending a real SMS from a browser be? Our answer is a short flow on desktop, tablet, or mobile: enter a number, write and preview the message, confirm the details, and send. The recipient gets a standard SMS without installing anything, and the sender needs no app, account, or subscription. The project began in 2024 and grew across 64 country-specific websites. We’re now doing the less visible work of bringing those experiences into one product, one brand, and 61 localized versions while keeping the interface, price, currency, and national-number context useful in each locale. Pricing is based on €1.99 per SMS, with an adapted local-currency equivalent across our 61 localized versions: for example, €1.99 in France, $2.49 in the US, £1.99 in the UK, R$11.99 in Brazil, or ¥500 in Japan. The price depends on the version you use, not where you send your message—there’s no extra charge for an international destination. You can send to compatible mobile numbers worldwide using `+` and the country code, then follow the SMS’s technical delivery status through a tracking link. TextJuice also offers an anonymous SMS option. Your personal number stays hidden from the recipient, the message identifies TextJuice as the sending service, and your identity isn’t shown to the recipient unless you include it in the text. Abusive messages can be reported, and recipients can block future SMS from TextJuice.
