Hi Product Hunt, I'm Nermin. We run tershouse, a coworking space in Sarajevo, and tersOS is the software we built to run it. Before this we ran the space on a booking tool, a billing tool, a chat app, a mailing tool, a spreadsheet for desks and a TV that showed whatever someone last plugged in. Nothing talked to anything, so the front desk spent its day copying information between tabs. tersOS puts all of it in one system: room and desk bookings, memberships and invoicing, a member app on iOS, Android and the web, a community feed and chat, a live floor plan, the screens on the walls, events and venue hire, a shared inbox with a prospects board, newsletters, and tersAI, an assistant that answers questions and books rooms for staff, members and visitors. Every module reads the same data, so a booking made in the app shows on the floor plan, on the door screen and on the invoice. It has run tershouse every day since we switched over, and every screenshot on tersos.io is the live product with demo data.
