One thing I'd love to see is the ability to set deal-stage templates inside a Room, so when you spin up a new stakeholder track or a renewal you get a pre-built checklist and message prompts instead of starting from scratch.
honestly this looks really useful for sales teams who lose track of long deal threads. one thing that would be huge for me though is some kind of slack or email integration so i don't have to manually copy messages into the room. like if a key stakeholder replies outside the platform it could just pull that context in automatically
One thing I'd love is a lightweight "deal health" score for each Room. Like a small dashboard showing last activity date, unanswered questions, and pending tasks so anyone jumping in can quickly tell if a deal is stalled or moving. Would help me triage my rooms without clicking into each one.
