We built Tensel because I wanted the deployment experience of modern platforms like Vercel, but with infrastructure, operations, and data staying in Europe.
Today, Tensel lets you deploy web apps and static sites from GitHub, a local folder, or the CLI. It handles builds, HTTPS, domains, logs, metrics, deployments, and rollbacks, with workloads running in Paris on Scaleway.
We’ve tried to be explicit about what “European” means rather than treating it as a marketing label: Tensel is operated by a French company, application and platform data stay in Europe, and the platform does not depend on a US-owned cloud provider. Optional integrations such as GitHub are documented separately.
It’s still early, so managed databases, persistent volumes, workers, cron jobs, and automatic preview environments are not available yet, but we're working on those kinds of features already.
