The visual rule engine sounds really flexible, but it would help if you could clone and tweak existing workflows instead of rebuilding from scratch every time. A template library for common processes like employee onboarding or support ticket triage would save a ton of setup work.

Workflow cloning and a pre-built template library are fantastic ideas, and we’re adding both to our active development queue.
We want to build templates that people actually use. Outside of employee onboarding and support triage, what other common workflows do you find yourself building most often?
