Teamlilit puts the whole tutoring business in one place: weekly timetabling, attendance, invoicing, student records, and live online classes. Attendance feeds straight into billing, so the hours you actually taught are the hours you invoice, no rebuilding totals in a spreadsheet every month. The classroom is built in, not a Zoom link, and its whiteboard handles maths equations and graphing properly. Works for solo tutors and multi-tutor centres. EU-hosted, GDPR compliant.

Hey everyone 👋
I built Teamlilit after watching [WHO — a tutor you know? your own experience?] run an entire tutoring business across a calendar app, a WhatsApp group, and a spreadsheet that got rebuilt from scratch every single month.
The thing that kept bugging me: the calendar knew when a session happened, the register knew who turned up, and the spreadsheet knew what they owed — but nothing knew all three at once. So every month ended with an hour of reconciliation that existed purely because the tools didn't talk to each other.
Teamlilit connects them. Attendance is recorded against scheduled sessions, and invoices come from those records.
The part I'm most pleased with is the whiteboard. Maths tutors were the group complaining loudest about generic video tools — writing an equation with a mouse is miserable — so equation and graphing support is built into the classroom.

Happy to answer anything. Would especially love feedback from tutors and centre owners here.
