How does the cross venue rewards redemption actually work in practice, like do venues have to manually approve each redemption or is it more like a universal points system that just syncs automatically between places
@idemyenileed7 this is a great question. It's a universal point that can be redeemed between venues (works best for groups/chains). When we onboard a venue we have the option to enable or disable cross venue rewards redemption.

Another great question. Each business sets up its own points logic during onboarding i.e. exchange rate of points to a £ (we recommend 5 points = £1 to keep customers engaged), min and max redemption allowed, etc.
If they disable cross-points redemption then all points remain with that venue and can be redeemed there only.
