Tattoomorrow is the all-in-one mobile app for tattoo artists, piercers and PMU pros: calendar with email reminders, QR-code client files, e-signed consent forms (eIDAS), ink traceability, PDF invoicing, multi-artist studio mode. 2-month free trial.
Tattoomorrow is a mobile management app built by a tattoo artist for tattoo artists, piercers and permanent makeup professionals. It replaces paper and scattered tools (calendar, client forms, consent forms, invoices) with a single app on iOS and Android.
Clients create their own file by scanning a QR code in the studio: identity, health questionnaire, allergies. Consent forms and liability waivers are signed electronically (eIDAS-compliant e-signature), time-stamped and archived to the client file automatically. After the session, a customised aftercare sheet is emailed to the client.
The professional calendar (month/week/day views, colour codes, workload indicator) sends automatic appointment reminders by email. Each project gathers before/after photos, deposits, payments and session history. Ink, pigment, needle and supply traceability (batch numbers, expiry dates, manufacturer references, photos) supports compliance work such as REACH requirements in the EU.
Invoicing is automatic: PDF invoices with or without tax, custom tax rate, multi-currency, and a monthly accounting summary by email. Studio mode handles several artists with sub-accounts, a shared calendar, shared client files and revenue per artist. Email marketing tools are built in.
Available in English, French and Spanish. 2-month free trial, then €9.90/month for a solo artist (USD pricing in the US); studio plans for up to 3, 5 or 7 artists from €19.99 to €59.99/month. Tattoomorrow does not include a public self-service booking page, built-in card payments or a marketplace: the artist stays in control of the calendar.
