Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm excited to share TaskBit with you.
TaskBit started from a simple frustration: most collaborative work doesn't need a full project management platform. Sometimes you just need a shared checklist that everyone can update together without the complexity of boards, sprints, and endless configuration.
So we built TaskBit - a collaborative checklist platform designed for groups.
With TaskBit, you can:
* Create shared checklists in seconds
* Organize tasks into sections
* Assign tasks to teammates
* Track progress in real time
* Collaborate from anywhere
Whether you're planning an event, managing household responsibilities, coordinating a small team, or running recurring workflows, TaskBit keeps everyone on the same page.
This is just the beginning. We're actively building new features and improving the experience based on user feedback, so we'd genuinely love to hear what you think.
A few questions for you:
* What's your current tool for shared checklists?
* What's the biggest pain point you run into when collaborating on recurring tasks?
* Is there one feature that would make you switch?
Thanks for checking out TaskBit and for any feedback you share. Every comment helps us build a better product.

The shared checklists idea looks solid for keeping groups on the same page. One thing I'd love to see is a dependency system where you can mark certain tasks as blockers for others, so it's instantly clear what needs to happen before a specific item can be checked off.

@zlemmld5 That sounds like an amazing idea! Will sleep on this and see what I can come up with.

the shared checklists feel really thoughtfully built, especially the section organization which is honestly a smart way to keep things from getting chaotic when multiple people are adding tasks at once

the shared checklists with sections feel really well thought out, like you can actually see who is doing what without digging through menus
