I like the process would be great for companies to use through their own job boards. Many companies in Australia direct applicants from job sites to their own website or secondary company. Not sure about the use 'remote job' as it has different meaning in Australia. Remote jobs here are in remote areas, like mine sites, fly in fly out type work. Not sure if any other Aussies on here had the same thought. I think something like Virtual job might be more appropriate but as I am not in IT industry as such, I could be wrong. Good luck.

@joren_wouters Yes, at least for now we don't handle free text input. Maybe we should a button "I have no CV". But why it's possible? You don't have the CV at all or just can't have it close to you?
