Hi everyone, I'm James, the maker behind Tamaneena.
I live in Dubai, where most new homes get handed over off-plan and nearly all of them show up with a list of defects. Misaligned doors, paint runs, fittings that don't work, plumbing that isn't quite right. Snagging is how you find and document all of it so the developer fixes it before you sign off. Do it badly and the problems become yours. Do it properly and it's hours of note-taking, photos and chasing.
Tamaneena lets you do the whole thing from your phone. You walk the property, capture each snag, and the app helps you sort it and write it up into a proper report you can send off at handover. No spreadsheets, no missed rooms.
I built the first version on my own over a few part-time weeks and I've been sharing the process as I go. So please be honest with it. What's confusing, what's missing, what would make you actually trust it with your handover? It all feeds the roadmap.
Thanks for taking a look.

Snagging reports used to be such a hassle, so this feels like a real lifesaver for anyone picking up keys in Dubai. Love how it just walks you through photos and spits out a proper report without needing a subscription.

@berkayotip Thanks. The goal was to enable someone who knew nothing about snagging a property, to be able to snag a property. The pay per property model will suit most users and we've intentionally priced it to be low-cost and accessible to all.
