Hi, I’m Brian. I run Tama Laundry in Honolulu, and I still drive the route.
I used to take bookings by text and phone and write things down on paper. On busy days, some customers wouldn’t get charged until a day or two later. I was also missing chances to offer memberships, flat-rate bags and other services because I wasn’t organized.
Other software helped me get on track. Eventually I brought it in-house and built Tama OS around the way I work. Now I can send a booking link instead of talking someone through every step, add a pickup while I’m out, and keep billing connected to the order. Kalia helps with routine customer texts. I still handle the questions that need me.
